Payment Terms

Time is tracked and rounded to the nearest 10 minutes.

Packages are not carried over from month to month, and any additional hours will be charged at the agreed hourly rate.

Packages are invoiced in arrears on the final day of each calendar month.

Payments must be made via bank transfer only.

3. Client Responsibilities

To facilitate our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information.
Grant necessary access to relevant systems and platforms.
Communicate in a timely and respectful manner.

We will treat all client data and communications as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without consent, unless required by law. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle data.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual agreements with clients. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
